Delivery

We offer our own delivery service , as well as using a third party specialist furniture contractor.

*On receipt of your order we shall contact you either by phone or e-mail within 24 hours to confirm your order and provide details of intended delivery and approximate time.

Due to current Health and Safety insurance requirements, we can not be responsible for any damage to goods or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Items delivered upstairs are carried out at the property owners risk.

Unless pre-arranged, deliveries are only ever made by one delivery person who again, is not insured or authorized to deliver anywhere other than to the threshold of the property, or to assist with transferring the goods into the customers property. Please ensure that help is on hand to allow delivery.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the ordered goods fit into the home and that there is no restricted access. We cannot accept refunds for goods that do not fit into the house or cannot be delivered due to access, unsuitability or any other fault of the customer.

If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery of any of the goods when they are delivered, we will have to charge again for delivery and in addition storage at a cost of £10 per week.*

RETURNS POLICY

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order, we will then organise an exchange. If you are returning an item as unwanted, you have 7 days to inform us and you are liable for the original delivery cost and the collection charge. If an item has been ordered in especially for the customer or personalised in any way, you will also be liable to a re-stocking fee.
